How to set up an Allegro Ads campaign step by step?

If you sell on Allegro, Allegro Ads campaigns can help you reach new customers and increase sales. The key to success is correctly configuring the campaign – from selecting offers to setting the budget and schedule. In this guide, we show you how to set up an Allegro Ads campaign step by step, even if you are just starting.

#Step 1: Log in to Allegro Sales Center
To get started, go to allegro.pl, navigate to the Sales Center, and then click on the Advertising tab. Here, you will see the panel for managing Allegro Ads campaigns.
#Step 2: Choose the type of campaign
Allegro offers several types of campaigns:
- Sponsored offers (the most common – ads in search results)
- Ads Express (simplified campaign – quick start)
- Graphic banners (for advanced accounts)
In this guide, we focus on CPC sponsored offer campaigns, which are the most popular.
#Step 3: Add offers to the campaign
After clicking “Create campaign,” you will see a list of your products. Select the ones you want to promote. You can filter offers by category, brand, inventory status, or margin.
👉 Tip: promote only products with potential – attractive pricing, a full description, and photos. Allegro favors well-prepared offers.
#Step 4: Create ad groups
You can group offers thematically – e.g., “Summer Promotion” or “Q2 New Products.” This makes it easier to analyze effectiveness and conduct optimization. Each group can have different CPC rates.
#Step 5: Set the budget and CPC rate
Enter the daily budget for the campaign (e.g., 30 PLN) and the CPC rate (e.g., 0.50 PLN). You can also use the “automatic bid” option, where the Allegro system adjusts the bid according to the competition.
📌 A good practice is to start the campaign with a slightly higher bid to quickly gather data on effectiveness.
#Step 6: Set the ad schedule
You can decide on which hours and days of the week the ad should be displayed. This is useful if your customers shop at specific times.

#Step 7: Activate the campaign and monitor results
Finally, click Activate Campaign. Ads will usually start displaying within a few minutes. From this point, you can track the results:
- impressions,
- clicks (CTR),
- sales (ROAS),
- cost per click (CPC),
- conversions.
#Common mistakes when setting up campaigns
❌ Too broad ad group: Don’t mix completely different products – it will be harder to analyze data.
❌ Too low budget or CPC: The campaign may not display at all if the rate is too low.
❌ Lack of schedule: Ads run 24/7, but it’s not always worth paying for clicks, e.g., at 2:00 AM.
❌ No monitoring of results: Regular analysis is fundamental for effective campaigns.
