Privacy policy

#1. General provisions

  1. The administrator of your personal data obtained in the AleAsystent.pl service (“Service”) is WebWave sp. z o.o. KRS 0000851194, REGON 386580113, NIP 5272931749, ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw (Mazowieckie).

#2. Processing of personal data

  1. We process your personal data obtained in the Service, mainly through the appropriate forms available in the Service and to the extent resulting from them, for the following purposes:

    1. to perform a contract to which you are a party related to registration in the Service or using a service available through it and to take actions at your request prior to concluding that contract – in relation to persons who registered in the Service or used the service utilizing it (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”));

    2. to respond to questions asked via email or contact forms, including questions and issues related to the business activities conducted by the Administrator, presentation and explanation of the Administrator's offer, and the terms of cooperation (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR);

    3. for marketing purposes, particularly for the purpose of sending newsletters, which is carried out based on our legitimate legal interest. Such information is, of course, sent on the basis of your consent to electronic communication (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);

    4. for archival (evidential) purposes which are part of our legitimate interest in securing information in case there is a legal need to demonstrate facts (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);

    5. for analytical purposes (better matching of services to the needs of our Clients, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our Clients, etc.), which is part of our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR);

    6. in order to establish, pursue or defend our claims related to the use of the Service, which is part of our legitimate interest (art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).

  2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you related to registration in the Service or using a service utilizing it, fulfilling your request for contact or receiving marketing materials. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out at the time we had it.

  3. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data that we carry out based on our legitimate interest. In such a case, we will cease processing your personal data unless we demonstrate that we have legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the data is necessary for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

#3. Your Rights

  1. Every person whose personal data we process has the right to access their data, rectify it, as well as request its deletion, restrict its processing, object to its processing, including objection to its processing for marketing purposes, and to transfer it in the case of processing based on the consent granted to us or for the purpose of performing a contract concluded with that person.

  3. If you have doubts regarding the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

#4. Data recipients

  1. We do not share data collected through the Service with third parties, except for verified subcontractors to whom we may entrust your data to ensure the Service's operation, provide services related to tax settlements, or other providers of accounting, legal, consulting, or IT solutions. Personal data may also be provided to a buyer of rights to the Service.

#5. Security

  1. In the Service, we have implemented solutions that ensure a high level of protection for your data, including an SSL certificate and an IT system of the Service that meets high standards of personal data protection.

#6. Cookies

  1. When browsing the Service, in accordance with the consent granted and the configuration of the browser, one or several cookies may be saved on your device (end device) by us or a cooperating company (our subcontractor). Please read the information below about cookies and how they are used.

  2. Cookies are small files placed on the hard drive of a computer when visiting certain websites. They contain information about the device and generally do not contain any personal data. These files cannot be used to infect the device with viruses or other malicious software.

  3. We store basic, anonymous information about users (e.g., identifiers) in cookies and data used to enhance the comfort of using the Service, needed for optimization and proper display of content on pages and advertising campaigns. Personal data collected using cookies can only be gathered to perform specific functions on behalf of the user. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized access.

  4. As a user of the Service, you can at any time stop providing this information to the Service by deleting the cookies saved on your end devices by the Service. To do so, you need to change the settings of your currently used web browser.

  5. It is also possible to configure the browser in a way that blocks cookie installation for selected websites or for all sites. Such settings will result in the loss of some functionalities of the Service that require cookie installation. According to the requirements of the Telecommunications Law, configuring the browser to allow the installation of cookies on the computer is considered as consent for the use of cookies.

#7. Final provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy serves as the general terms of contracts within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, particularly due to changes in the law, changes in technology or the way the Service works. The current text of the Privacy Policy is always available in the Service. Additionally, if you register in the Service, we will inform you of changes to the Privacy Policy by sending information via electronic mail.

  2. If any provision of the Privacy Policy is deemed invalid by a final court ruling, the remaining provisions of the Policy shall remain in effect.

  3. The Privacy Policy is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Polish law.
