The feature uses artificial intelligence for automatic replies to buyers' questions in inquiries and discussions. The AI assistant analyzes the posed question and generates an accurate and polite response on your behalf. As a result, buyers receive an instant and precise answer even during night hours.
#How to use it?
First, go to settings.
Then, after selecting the Automatic responses (1) tab, there are two options for customer service by AI (2 and 3). The first is in the category Automatic response in discussions, and the second in Automatic response to questions. This way, you can decide whether artificial intelligence should respond in both cases or only to questions.
