An abandoned cart on Allegro is defined as clicking "buy now" or adding a product to the cart while simultaneously leaving the delivery form incomplete and not finalizing the payment. Unfortunately, this issue is so individual that it is impossible to determine exactly why customers abandon their purchases. Therefore, it is worth reminding them after some time about such a situation.

There are many reasons for abandoned carts, and there can be just as many individual solutions. Sometimes, customers delaying their purchases forget about them for a longer time. They may be undecided between choosing a product model or quantity. AleAsystent can remind customers of the lack of payment and the need to complete their purchases by sending them an SMS message. Its content can be anything, containing a link to the offer or the name of the item.

After logging into your account, go to the settings and scroll down to the Notifications for Buyers section, then check the options and enter your own content.

 
 

Messages are sent to customers after a specified number of days in the settings, including those about abandoned carts.

#What Do Reminders Provide?

A message sent directly to the phone along with a link to the offer allows the customer to go straight to the offer without the need to search for it. Additionally, the message can include any information, such as a discount on the next purchase.
