In the AleAsystent service, you will find the option to send messages to customers. All SMS messages are sent through our gateways, not the sellers' numbers. Occasionally, customers will reply to such system messages.
We have created a notification system for customer responses to SMS messages. This way, no message from a customer will go unanswered.
You can enable this option in the Settings of AleAsystent.
