A quick response to an ongoing discussion is very important and affects sales ratings. In addition, it is also very significant for the customer, who will immediately receive information about the processing of their inquiry. A similar method can also be applied to responses to customer emails.

This option can be enabled in the settings by filling in the field and checking the function:

The automatic response feature to a customer's message is based on the Allegro API key, so you just need to connect your Allegro account with AleAsystent.pl and activate the option in the settings.
