- The contract was not executed for reasons beyond the customer's control.

- When a customer canceled and did not pay - a request will be sent immediately after the transaction cancellation without payment is detected.
- Refund of payment when the customer paid and canceled - the system will submit a request for a refund to the account from which the customer paid, and then submit a request for a commission refund.
- When the customer did not complete the transaction x days from the purchase - you can specify the number of days ranging from 14 to 42 after which the request will be submitted.
The option of automatic requests can be enabled in the settings in the Automatic Commission Refund Requests section. Just check the checkboxes according to your preferences. The changes will be saved automatically after marking the options. AleAsystent will check all transactions from 30 days prior to account registration.
