We created one intuitive panel for customer questions and discussions. It allows for convenient handling of requests without needing to log in and out between accounts. On Allegro, you are required to log into a specific account to send a response to the customer. Therefore, if you have multiple Allegro accounts, this tool will work great for you and save a lot of time, as well as enable quick switching between questions and discussions. Additionally, the panel will contain all automated responses.

#How does it work?

The assistant has a feature called customer question autoresponder, which scans messages in the mailbox or in the messaging center on Allegro. Another useful feature is the discussion autoresponder. These services ensure the highest seller rating, as the system automatically sends responses to customers within 15 minutes. If the seller responds before this time, the autoresponder will not send its message. The communicator has the ability to preview attachments sent in conversations, as well as details of the order that the discussion pertains to. In the Assistant panel, only those conversations in which the system participated will be visible.
