Collecting positive reviews is the key to success on Allegro, especially if you are just developing your account. Unfortunately, customers do not always leave the ratings that we care about so much. Therefore, it is worth giving them an additional opportunity to express their opinion in a simple way. When packing the goods for the customer, add your thanks for the purchase in the form of an aesthetic graphic and provide them with the ability to leave a rating in a few moments. All they need to do is take their smartphone out of their pocket and scan the code to be taken to the app and instantly give 5 stars.
#How to activate the option?
In settings in the SMS section for the Seller, you should find the following function and activate it:
- SMS notification about a personalized document with thanks for the purchase and a request for a transaction rating to be printed and included in the customer's package.
Now, after each purchase, you will receive an automatic SMS with the ability to generate an individual thank you for the customer along with a QR code.
