Write a justification for your request and then click [Send request to the buyer], and the message will be sent to the buyer. If a customer leaves a negative rating, you can also respond to it.

It is worthwhile to strive to have negative reviews changed to positive ones. If a customer expresses a willingness to change their rating, you can ask them to correct it or leave a new one. To do this, simply send them a message asking them to reconsider their decision about leaving that particular review.

If a seller believes that a negative review is unjust, they can try to ask the customer to change it. However, it is important to do this politely and factually. When sending a message to the customer with such a request, it is worthwhile to present arguments in favor of changing the rating.

After performing the above steps, you will receive an email informing you that the buyer has made changes to the given rating.

It is important to note that a request for the removal of a rating can only be made once. However, if a buyer changes or removes their rating and leaves a new one, it is treated as another unique review. In the case of wanting to submit a request for a review change again, this is possible.

A buyer can enter a new review only if no more than 90 days have passed since the date of purchase. Similarly, the holder of the request for a rating change has a maximum of 90 days to submit it. However, it is worthwhile to act quickly so that the buyer has as much time as possible to make the change or remove the submitted rating. If the buyer deletes the review, it will not affect your account's average rating or its recommendations.

To respond to a negative review "I do not recommend," you need to go to the "received reviews" tab. Then, after selecting the appropriate rating, click "reply to the buyer," which will allow you to write a relevant message. A good practice before responding is to resolve the issue with the buyer. An unthoughtful and impulsive reaction to a review may seem shortsighted in the eyes of other buyers. It is advisable to remain distant and to start a discussion with the customer before issuing a public response. Additionally, remember to maintain a professional and respectful manner of expression, which helps to resolve disputes sensibly and constructively.
